Jarilyn McCartney Paul was a dedicated member of our community. She has served as president of the Ladies Association and taken various roles in the Layhill Civic Association. Jarilyn’s house was a second home for many of our pets and was always willing to help out when asked. She loved walking these trails with her many fur clients and we are fundraising to install a memorial bench to celebrate her memory.
