Charles always loved the bright lights of the big city, but he also needed his time outdoors to unplug and recharge. He traveled the world to find exciting outdoor adventures but was most inspired on the trails of Brookside Gardens; taking in the beauty of a spring bloom, the vibrancy of fall foliage, or the quiet solitude of winter’s chill.

His family would like to pay tribute to this special place that meant so much to Charles by funding a bench on a trail and/or an inscribed paver in the gardens. By helping fund this memorial you are helping further the mission of this park – to provide a special place for all to enjoy the serenity and beauty of our natural world.
