Your Gift Matters!
INclusion! We are all IN!
Montgomery Parks is dedicated to providing quality services, programs, and amenities that are inclusive and accessible to ALL patrons! Help us reach this goal by making a gift to fund the placement of communication boards in our parks!
Communication boards installed at playgrounds can enhance access and inclusion for all. These specific communication boards are 3’x 5’, durable framed boards complete with pictures, words or phrases in English, Braille and Spanish to promote enhanced communication between people. Communication efforts are achieved by people using the board as they gesture to each other using the symbols and words on the board.
Therefore, in keeping with the spirit of inclusion, access and equity everyone benefits using communication boards embracing total and open communication!
